Seneca Place is so proud to share resident Jacquelyn Reid’s Success Story!

Jacquelyn admitted to Seneca Place on July 23 of this year. During the course of her stay, Jacquelyn participated in occupational and physical therapy to effectively identify her unique needs and tailor specialized treatment plans to successfully transition to the next level of care. On August 9th, Jacquelyn successfully discharged to long-term care. Congratulations to Jacquelyn and her Care Team on their success!
